Castle Sequence is a story of a girl named Hollow Burrow. She lives in a time when the world was just beginning to shape. Mostly scattered villages can be found in this world, though there are a few kingdoms growing too. Hollow teams up with the world’s first detective to explore the world. During their travels they find a sound projector among some ruins in a place known as the Galishaven desert. As they are playing with the nobs, a song comes on, then after it is finished, the radio dies. Inspired and guided by rumors, Hollow and the detective go on a life altering pilgrimage to find the origin of this strange device.
In the album, each song tells a portion of the story. I wish that I had enough time to put together the artwork that I have envisioned for this project. Perhaps someday I will be able to tell the whole tale.
I have spent a lot time with this one and hope that it brings you on a journey.
